Sustainable Filtration for Craft Beer
Craft breweries face growing pressure to reduce waste while maintaining beer clarity and quality. Traditional filtration methods like diatomaceous earth or disposable filters are costly, labor-intensive, and generate significant solid waste.
Our solution uses TIPS PVDF membranes to remove yeast during the beer clarification process. Our membranes offer a clean-in-place (CIP) design, eliminating the need for filter replacement after every batch and supporting more sustainable brewing operations.

Key Benefits:
- Reduces solid waste compared to conventional filters
- CIP-compatible: Easily cleaned with 2% caustic at 80°C, no disassembly required
- Durable and long-lasting, with a lifespan of 6–12 months (Basis of 10m³/day)
- Helps brewers cut operating costs while supporting environmental goals

Bacteria Removal for High-Purity Processes
In industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and fermentation, removing and purifying bacteria from process streams is critical to safety, quality, and consistency. However, many conventional filters require frequent replacement and can’t be chemically cleaned—resulting in high operating costs and unnecessary waste.
Our system uses TIPS PVDF membranes designed to handle bacterial loads while maintaining clean-in-place (CIP) compatibility and chemical resistance. This allows for reliable, long-term performance in high-purity applications.
Key Benefits:
- Withstands harsh cleaning: Tolerates 20% Alkali, 10% Acids, 1% Chlorine, and Ozone
- Reduces replacement costs and downtime
- Supports sustainable operations by reducing filter waste and avoiding single-use materials
